Please try shutting down your server, waiting a minute or two, and then turning it back on again. Doing that “should” resolve the issue for you.

Shared Folders: How to I share a folder on another drive? Whenever I setup a new user all I can see to share is the “Company” file

Sharing folders in Essentials doesn’t have anything to do with the WSEE Installer per se (i.e. that’s just general ‘how to use Essentials’ type support), and so questions like that should really be posted over in Microsoft’s Essentials forum instead. That being said… AFAIK, you just need to create a folder on the drive, and then add it as a shared server folder from within the server Dashboard (e.g. in the server Dashboard, go to the “STORAGE” page, and click on the “Add a folder” task). In the ‘Add a folder’ wizard, you’ll be able to grant read/write permissions to the folder for each of your Essentials users (or you can create a user group and grant permissions to everyone in the group instead). For more info see: Manage Server Folders in Windows Server Essentials – https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server-essentials/manage/manage-server-folders-in-windows-server-essentials
