Problem re-connecting client to WinServer 2022 Essentials

I thought that I had followed all your instructions for using the Connector:

.NET Framework registry entries set for TLS 1.2
Server DNS set to 127.0.0.1
Server IP address fixed at 192.168.19.6
Clients preferred DNS set to server IP address
Registry entry set to skip domain join
Uninstalled the Client Connector after each failed attempt to connect

The connector software does not accept my user name and password, and instead responds “You must be a domain administrator to connect this computer to the server.” The Connector stops at this point. What am I missing?

I am running Windows Server 2022 Standard and on this problematic client Windows 11 Pro version 24H2. I have four other Windows 11 Pro client computers properly connected to the Essentials server, and this problematic client had been connected until I moved it to a new location.

When connecting a client computer to the server using Microsoft’s SkipDomainJoin connection method, you must use the credentials of a domain administrator and not those of a standard (domain) user.
