Impossible to connect to "Remote Desktop Access"

Hi,

I have a problem when i try to connect to the “Remote Desktop” in the server.

As you can see, the user has the correct permission, but, unfortunately, i am not able to connect to the server.

In the pictures which are attached, you can see the issue.

How can i do to solve this problem?
