Error Printing to redirected printer
Hello,
Redirected printing has worked without any issues until a user got a new laptop. Now on new laptop, using the same printer, the printer shows up in the remote app, and starts to print, but about halfway through the printing it errors out. It seems that as far as the remote app (QB) is concerned the print job was sent, but the local printer queue shows the error.
I’m unsure as to what to look at for this one.

Did you install the printer drivers on the new laptop? In order for remote printing to work, the printer’s drivers must be installed on BOTH the server AND on all of the client computers. I have a how to article that walks you through setting things up for remote printing posted over here.
Hopefully reading through that article will get you going again.
