Can't connect with WSERemote app -WSEE certificate not match

I installed WSE Remote app but now can’t connect to the server with WSERemoteApp, nor can I connect to the dashboard. The problem is a certificate mismatch. The connection is requesting to connect to the internal IP, 192.168.1.XX but the certificate contains the registered name, domainname.remotewebaccess.com. Installing the certificate has no effect.

This worked fine on the previous installation. Did I set security requirements too strictly? How can I get past this?

I have console access to the server by way of a KVM box, so I can change whatever is required at either end of the connection.

Edit: I can get to the shared folders with no problems, if it matters.
