With this Release, an animated clock is displayed over the Junk-Out™ icon in the System Tray while the program's delay is elapsing, replaced by an animated arrow while Junk-Out™ is filtering new e-mail messages. DO NOT attempt to access your new messages while the animations are displayed. If you do, you may crash Outlook®.
The filtering delay can be adjusted between
1 and 120 seconds using Options | Settings | Filtering. Note
that the initial mail filtering wait time is automatically set
to THREE times the subsequent mail filtering wait time value.
Because of a performance enhancement, user-defined filters are now disabled by default. If you are currently using one or more of
Sender, Subject, Header, Country, and Other filters, you may need to
re-enable them by checking the appropriate check box located in the
Active Filter Types list under Options | Settings |
Filtering. Because of the fix to support secondary message stores, any existing extra folder definitions are deleted when this Release is installed. To restore filtering on multiple Inboxes/folders:
