2. Once we are notified by PayPal that your payment has been received, we will complete delivery within 72 hours.

   For sales of Productivity Tools, delivery is completed when we send you download and access information.
   
   
3. We do not supply physical media containing our products.
   
   
4. Each product contains a Licence Agreement, which you must accept electronically in order to install it.
   
   
5. All our products are supplied with a full money-back, 'no questions asked' guarantee.
   This guarantee applies for 90 days after delivery is completed.
   
   
6. We provide free technical support to all purchasers of our products who use our Support Request form, for one year after delivery is completed.
